Shipping and Returns
*Please note our distribution center will be closed on Monday June 26 2023 and Monday July 3 2023 for Canadian and Quebec Holidays.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If for some reason you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation your order has been received. Orders are usually processed in 1-3 business days. Shipping times may exceed those times due to high demand. All orders are shipped from our Pointe-Claire facilities.
We ship through UPS and Canada Post. The carrier will be dependent on location. We offer free Ground shipping on all orders. Free shipping is available on orders over $100. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
You will be contacted by eMail with your tracking number when your order leaves our Order Fulfillment Center.
At this time, we do not accept TOUR SHARK embroidered orders or any type of embroidered orders on our eCommerce site.
SHIPMENTS OVER $500: A customer confirmation is required shipments of orders over $500. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via eMail within 4 business days.
We do NOT ship to APO, FPO, RR and P.O. Box addresses.

GIFT BOXING AND GIFT MESSAGING
These services are not available at this time. Order comments will not appear on the order’s packing slip.
CHECK ORDER STATUS AND TRACK SHIPMENTS ONLINE
If you have a registered account with gregnormancollection.ca, it is easy to check the status of your orders. Simply click Sign In / Register at the bottom of our home page. You will be able to see your order status. If your status is noted as shipped, click on the “Shipped” button, and all order details will appear.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item(s) in its original condition within 30 days of shipment.
To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the item(s) and back to the original form of payment:
1. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. The merchandise must be in saleable condition with tickets attached.
The original cost of shipping will not be refunded.
Returns that have been received past the 30 day eligible return window will be reviewed. Once reviewed, we will send an email advising whether your return has been accepted or declined. If accepted, we will issue a refund for the appropriate amount of item(s) returned excluding the original shipping cost. If declined, we will advise you that your return is being sent back to you.
RETURNING OR EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM
Preference returns are returns that are made for any reason other than damaged or defective merchandise. Send your return using a trackable carrier. Keep a record of the return tracking number for future reference. Include a note or Returns Form with your order stating why you are returning the merchandise. You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.
If any of the items that you ordered are not received in perfect condition, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will forward additional Return/Replacement instructions.
If you ordered an item and would like to exchange it for another size or color, or a different item within the designated return period, please return it as specified above in the returns section. The old items will be refunded. You'll need to purchase the exchanged items as a new order.
We offer convenient package-free returns with our partner ReturnBear. With kiosks conveniently located across Canada you won't have to print labels or re-pack your items. First start your return online through our returns portal and then just drop them off at a ReturnBear kiosk and know that your problems are solved. If mail-in is easier, you can still do that too!
Greg Norman Collection reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this policy at any time without notice.
TOUR SHARK embroidered products are non-returnable/exchangeable. We will accept a return on these items only if there is a defect.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURN OF MERCHANDISE PURCHASED FROM OTHER LOCATIONS AND/OR RETAILERS.
